2. Scope of application
The present general conditions of sale apply to the sale of all services offered by www.leparisdemargot.com (SIRET: 810 647 339 00011).
Le Paris de Margot reserves the right to modify the present general conditions of sale at any time, subject to these modifications appearing on the site www.leparisdemargot.com.
These general conditions of sale are accessible at any time on the website www.leparisdemargot.com.
3. Booking and payment conditions
The reservation of a visit is carried out:
- On the site: leparisdemargot.com by filling in the reservation form on the page of the desired visit.
- By email : [email protected]
The service provider, Le Paris de Margot, undertakes to confirm to the customer the availability of the desired service or to propose an alternative within 24 hours maximum.
If the proposal made by the service provider agrees with the customer, the latter agrees to confirm the reservation by paying the service provider the full price of the service by bank transfer or via the secure payment system of the site.
Once the payment is made, an email confirming the reservation, with all the additional information about the service (meeting place, security instructions, etc.), will be sent to the client.
The reservation of the service will only be considered final after the payment of the totality of the price of the service by the customer.
Le Paris de Margot will not be obliged to provide the services ordered by the client if the payment has not been previously paid in full according to the conditions indicated above.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.
The order of a service implies unreserved acceptance and full and complete adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale which prevail over any other document.
4. Rates
The prices of the visits appearing on the site www.leparisdemargot.com are expressed in euros and all taxes included. The services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day the firm and definitive order is recorded.
5. Cancellation conditions
The cancellation of the service, by Le Paris de Margot or the client, after the confirmation of the reservation is subject to the following provisions.
5.1 Cancellation attributable to Le Paris de Margot
Le Paris de Margot undertakes to be present at the date, time and place of appointment specified at the time of booking.
In case of force majeure or exceptional events, which do not allow Le Paris de Margot to provide the service (strike in museums and institutions, absence of the guide, closure of places visited), the full amount of the service will be refunded to the customer.
5.2 Cancellation attributable to the customer
Any order cancelled by the customer between 07 to 01 (day before the service) calendar days before the start of the service (including weekends and public holidays) will give rise to a penalty of 50% of the total price of the service.
The client must make sure to be at the time and place of appointment before the start of the visit.
If the client cancels the order on the day of the service before or after the agreed appointment time or if he does not show up at the meeting place no later than 30 minutes from the agreed time, the client will not receive any exchange or refund and 100% of the total price of the service will be due in full.
6. Liability and Warranty
The services marketed and appearing on the www.leparisdemargot.com website comply with current French regulations.
The texts and the photographs illustrating the presentation of the visits on the site www.leparisdemargot.com are noncontractual and of this fact could not engage the responsibility of Le Paris de Margot in some title and in some way that it is.
During the visit, the participants are under their own civil responsibility. Le Paris de Margot cannot be held responsible for accidents or theft during the visit.
